960017-83 DeLaval Liner

The rounded shape of the liner's mouthpiece allows to gently surround the animal's udder. It is appropriate for breeds genetically not particularly sophisticated, with long and wide teats. This mouthpiece entails longer milking cycles, compared to the average and it needs a higher level of vacuum, when compared to other designs.

The multiple ring design allows to minimize intrusions of external particles into the shell and to avoid twistings by the liner's barrel. This also allows to easily adjust the tension of the liner, according to the shell length and according to the loss of rubber elasticity.

The star or lamella reinforcement by the liner's tail is designed to protect and to absorb possible shocks from the outside.

Thanks to TiMEPRO© compound, specifically engineered for zootechnics, the black rubber liner assures an average lifetime of 1.000 milking hours or 3.000 milking cycles. That's 20% more than what the market offers as standard.
