Kristine Petz, a trained farmer and agricultural technologist, has been the manager at Bjolderupgård since June 2021. The farm, which includes both dairy cows and a machinery station, milks around 420 cows and has full breeding on the side. "I think it’s a good milk taxi. It’s easy to get around with, pleasant and easy to operate, even for new people who need to learn how to use it," says Kristine.

The design of the Urban MilkShuttle allows it to navigate all areas of the farm, unlike other more cumbersome alternatives. The old model from Calvex was larger and required significantly more effort to turn, making the work more difficult.

"I think it’s taller and narrower compared to other models. We have an old one from Calvex, which is bigger and not very easy to turn. You really need to put in some effort if you want to maneuver it," explains Kristine.

Kristine also mentions an incident where the MilkShuttle wouldn’t cool. After a quick call, a technician arrived within a short time and resolved the issue. This prompt and efficient service has made a significant difference in their daily operations.

"We recently had some problems with it. Just last week, it wouldn’t cool properly, so we called, and the technician came within a short time. It’s really excellent service," Kristine recounts.

One of the major advantages of the subscription solution is that Bjolderupgård no longer owns the MilkShuttle. Instead, it remains permanently on the farm and is used daily, while all maintenance and service are handled by Urban Denmark. This means they don’t have to pay for repairs or maintenance unless there is deliberate damage.

"The concept is that we no longer own the MilkShuttle. It stays permanently on our farm, and we use it daily. We don’t handle any maintenance or service on it ourselves. We don’t pay the bill for it," explains Kristine.

This model provides great security and peace of mind for the farm, knowing that help is always available if something goes wrong.

Packages more than 20 kilos, as well as pallets and dangerous goods are delivered with Freight company, TNT / Fedex.
All items are delivered only as long as stock lasts, and reservations are made for backorders and discontinued items.

Incorrect address or not picked up package

If you write an incorrect address or fail to provide information that makes the delivery company unable to deliver your package, or if you do not pick up the package at your post office within the specified time, so that it is sent back to us, you will be liable for the cost for return shipping, - as well as new shipping costs, if we need to send the item to you again. It is your duty as a customer to check and make sure you have entered the correct information, so that the delivery company has the opportunity to deliver your package.
