In a fully automated Swiftflo Swing milking parlor, the system switches from cleaning to milking when the operator is ready for milking and enters a function in a milk meter. When a cow enters the facility, the AutoID reader identifies it. This works in conjunction with the Dairymaster Stable's VoiceAssist sound system and emits an audible message so that the operator hears messages associated with each cow at the entrance to the facility and again when the swing arm is activated. Dairymaster's Swiftflo front grille carefully holds the cows in position during milking. Swiftflo is the ultimate way to control every single cow, as it ensures that all the cows get in place quickly and safely, and that they line up for milking in the exact order in which they entered the facility. When milking is complete, the front grille system releases the cows and ensures they have the optimal space to get out quickly.
The milking operator can easily milk the herd using labor-saving devices such as automatic removal of the teat cup set. During milking, when the operator swings his arms across, the Weighhall milk meter is automatically activated and feeding begins, taking the hard work out of milking. It not only saves valuable time for farm management, but enables an operator to handle large plants both easily and quickly. At the touch of a button, the operator can redirect the milk to a separate recipient. This can be used to effortlessly separate milk for calf breeding.
The advantages of a Swiftflo Swing milking parlor are that the trench is much simpler, which provides a better working environment, the milk hoses are shorter, which means better milking, reduced maintenance costs and better adaptation of teat cup sets. The AquaJetz washing tube is located under the area where the cows stand. This milking parlor is extremely labor-saving, as many tasks can be completed save automation.
